This Course will offer a unique opportunity to explore a deep dive into Breathwork with the Breath experts Nic Jordan and Tobias Malm from Minddate and world record holder Tom Sietas. Tom has created a method that helped him through multiple successful world record attempts in apnea diving. During the course Tom will introduce you to this unique and powerful method designed to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation to maximize your oxygen uptake while minimizing your oxygen consumption.

You will learn how to push your limits and increase your CO2 tolerance, how to calm your nervous system and regulate your emotions. You'll also discover how to improve your performance under pressure and adjust your mind state for maximum efficiency. You will have the unique opportunity to experience the power of breath control and enhance your connection with the natural world while diving in the Cenotes in Tullum.

In addition to Breathwork sessions and lectures led by Nic and Toby, you will dive deep into your subconscious with various meditation techniques and sound journeys in the most breathtaking places in Mexico.

Tom has set multiple world records in freediving and breathholding. In order to do so he has created unique breathwork and meditation methods.
